Who we are

	Dr. Jean Buhac Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Buhac was the valedictorian of her high school. A graduate of Cornell University, she later attended Harvard University as both a student and researcher before entering medical school at Tufts University. After obtaining her M.D. degree, she completed her internship in the Department of Medicine at the University of Iowa and performed her dermatology at both the University of Iowa and Harvard. Residing in Clifton Park with her husband and two children, Dr. Buhac opened her Saratoga practice in 1999. Dr. Buhac's husband, John, is a gastroenterologist with Albany Gastroenterology PC. The Buhacs are involved in hockey, gardening, boating and snowboarding.
	Bruce Rischert-RPA-C Physicians assistant Bruce is the physician assistant at Saratoga Dermatology. A New York City native, Bruce is a graduate of St. John's University and served in the New York City police force. Attending Touro College, he trained to become a Physicians assistant. After graduating in 2005, he immediately became a member of the prestigious team at Saratoga Dermatology. Since working with Dr. Buhac and her acclaimed group of professionals, Bruce has come to enjoy his interaction with the clients and takes great pride in helping them feel better about themselves.
	Janet Prediletto Medical Aesthetician / LPN / Spa Manager Janet has been a member of the Spa City Spa team since 2003. A licensed aesthetician and LPN, Janet performs facials, waxing, peels and body treatments. She also assists Dr. Buhac with many of the cosmetic procedures that are performed for the spa's clientele. Taking great joy in her work, Janet enjoys being able to use her background to work on the most advanced aesthetic processes as well as being able to learn from Dr. Buhac's expertise through assisting her.
	Elisa Terpening Medical Aesthetician A member of the team at Spa City Spa since 2002, Elisa graduated from the Christine Valmay International School of Aesthetics after attending Waterford High School. Now as a Medical Aesthetician, she performs the many treatments offered at the Spa. Elisa thoroughly enjoys helping to meet the diverse skin-related needs of the spa's clientele.
	Kathy Pamukcu Medical Billing A native of Vermont, Kathy has worked for the Vermont Department of Education and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She also has experience as a medical and dental assistant. Now at Saratoga Dermatology, she is the Medical Billing Professional where she enjoys the interaction with her colleagues and the overall healthy atmosphere of the center.

	Erin Graduated from the Aesthetic Science Institute in May of 2006. Joined the Spa City Spa team in May of 2007. She enjoys all aspects of her work. She also assists Dr. Buhac in her cosmetic procedures.
